1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HomeHub 360 AI Home Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms and the Privacy Policy, do not access or use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using the app.
Use the app for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the app.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Not upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Not upload or store content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app, its servers, or any other systems or networks connected to the app.
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the app.

3. Ownership and License

We (SiteOne Services or its licensors) own all right, title, and interest in and to the app, including its design, software, code, graphics, and content (excluding your uploaded content). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app on your compatible devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content (including home inventory data and uploaded documents). By uploading content to the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide you with the services and features of the app. This license is limited to the purpose of operating and improving the app.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and your access to the app at any time, with or without cause and without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the app, or engaged in prohibited behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app's settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

Any loss of data or content, whether due to user error, third-party failures, or any other reason. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
Any damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any loss or damage that may be incurred by you as a result of your reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content within the app.
Any interruptions, suspension, or termination of the app.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us for the use of the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated terms within the app or by notifying you through other reasonable means (e.g., email). Your continued use of the app after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app.
